LABI students are very active and involved in ministry and each other's lives. These are the ministries we have currently: Drama- this ministry consist of acting out dramas through skits, human videos and other visual aids. Individuals interested must be willing to speak and act in front of all types of audiences such as: congregations, detention centers, apartment complexes, etc. Street – this ministry involves witnessing to people, one on one, of all ages, cultures, ethnicities, and social status’ in different areas of San Antonio using different methods to reach people for Christ and then connecting them with local churches nearby. Individuals interested should be willing to openly speak to people about the gospel. Community Service – this ministry consist of serving in the city of San Antonio, Helotes, and local churches through volunteer work such as: street and park clean-up, food bank volunteer, neighborhood clean-up or grocery delivery, construction or painting in a local church. Children - this ministry is for individuals who have a passion for kids of different backgrounds and it will consist of ministering through skits, songs, games, and preaching’s in church services, children homes, and outreaches. Prison – this ministry is purposed to connect with chaplains in jails, prisons, juvenile detention centers, etc. Students will be trained to visit and minister to people in this area of focus. Media – this ministry will involve making small video clips through video footage, pictures, recordings, and interviews in order to minister to the unchurched, congregations, chapel services, promotion, campus days, and video yearbooks.
